CCL was established in 2015 by Jos Creese, after a 30-year career working across the public sector running technology business units and complex digital change programmes
Who we have worked with
Jos is well-known in the IT industry. He has worked across central and local government, health, education, and non-department public bodies, as well as having held a variety of non-exec director roles in different industries.
He was a member of the UK National Government CIO Council, and set up and chaired the Local Public Services CIO Council for 6 years. He is a past president of Socitm, and of the BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, and has been cited in a national survey as the UK’s ‘most influential and innovative CIO'. He also shares the Open University Industrial Advisory Board for the School of Computing.
